实验肢体戏剧《SAD》的剧名来源于Social Anxiety Disorder，其缩写同时也有着普遍被理解的 “令人悲伤的，不受尊敬” 之意。剧名的双重含义表达着一种压抑着的情感，也尝试寻找越来越普遍的社交恐惧人群的内心世界。剧本以一个小女孩窥探外界的视角为起点，她的内心世界向外扩展，与现实带来的冲突相互交错；在过程中将情绪、透明度、身体、想象空间、社交场域的要素并列在一起。在我们有限的时间里，女孩将和两位随机者绑定在一起，在不同的社会关系之间穿梭。

《SAD》的核心概念是 “人将如何与外界交流？”，包裹在“茧”的意象中的女孩的困境来自于（）/（）/（）/（）…？

这部作品将以一种碎片化的，不稳定的叙事结构来呈现，以探讨女孩思想的复杂性和矛盾性。表演空间的开放性则允许观众用不同的视角来观看这部作品。

The experimental physical theatre “SAD” means Social Anxiety Disorder, an acronym that also has the popular connotation of being upset, or pathetic and despise. The double meaning of SAD also reflects a normalized mental pattern of people with social phobias and our attempts to find and explore their inner world of them.

Starting with the perspective of a young girl peering into the outside world, her inner world is expanded outwards, intersecting with reality, by juxtaposing elements of emotion, transparency, the body, imaginary spaces, and social fields. In a limited time zone and physical space, the story binds the girl and two random people together moving constantly between different relationships.

The main concept of SAD is to research on how human beings will interact with the outside world. Wrapped in a “cocoon” of intention, the girl’s predicament comes from ( )/( )/( )/( ) ……?

The work will be presented as a fragmented (wavering) response to the complexity and ambivalence of the girl’s thoughts. The openness of the space allows the viewer to see the experiment from different perspectives.

喵剧苑主理人，导演、编剧、演员。曾参与多部话剧、音乐剧、舞剧及肢体剧场的导演、编导等工作，作品主要有:实验交响先锋诗剧《落·诗幻》，音乐喜剧《你可真狗啊》，大型沉浸式舞蹈诗剧《梦幻红河》，剧读作品《罗密欧与朱丽叶》等

Director, screenwriter, actor, and composer. The director of Meow Theatre. She has participated in the director and guidance of many plays, musicals, dance dramas, and physical theater. Her works mainly include the experimental symphonic avant-garde poetry drama “The Fall Poetry Fantasy”, the musical comedy ” A Dog Heart”, the large-scale immersive dance poetry drama “Dream of Red River”, the drama reading work “Romeo and Juliet” and so on.
